Lay Readers: Teens or adults who assist during worship services by reading the scripture.

Acolytes: The middle school aged youth of the church serve in this position. Each Sunday two youth symbolically bring the light of Christ into our worship and light the candles on the communion table. At the end of the service they extinguish those candles and symbolically bear the light of Christ out of the sanctuary into the world as the congregation departs to live their faith another week.

Ushers: Adults (up to four per service) to greet guests and parishioners, hand out bulletins, assist with the offering and serving of communion.

If you desire to assist with the worship services in being an Acolyte, Liturgist, or Usher please speak to a member of the Worship Committee or Rev. Huffstetler.
